Shipping within the UK
I currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Processing and delivery time
Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 2–5 working days.
Shipping Costs
UK shipping is charged at £5 per order, with £5 for each additional artwork purchased.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the artwork so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time frame, please get in touch via hello@alicechapmanart.com and I will investigate with the delivery provider.

International Shipping
At present, I ship within the UK only. If you are based outside the UK and are interested in purchasing an artwork, please get in touch via the contact page. I'll be happy to discuss shipping options and provide a personalised quote.
Shipping and returns
Returns & Refunds
I want you to be happy with your purchase and take great care to ensure every artwork is accurately represented and carefully packaged.
Original Artwork
If you change your mind after purchasing an original artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the artwork arrives damaged or the wrong item has been sent.
Once the artwork has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
